Pursuant to the State of NH Personnel Rules, per 601.07 – all new hires, rehires, promotions and transfers are subject to a probationary period of twelve months. Any interruption of service during the probationary period shall not be counted toward accumulation of required time of the probationary period unless otherwise required by law.
