Celebration of Life planned for Security Officer Bradley Haas
TILTON, New Hampshire – The family of Security Officer Bradley Haas, along with their family at the New Hampshire Department of Safety, announces a Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 27, 2023.
Limited parking will be available on-site. Overflow parking will be offered at Smitty’s Cinema at 630 W Main St. in Tilton. Shuttle service will be available. Carpooling is requested.

WHERE: Winnisquam Regional High School, 435 W Main St., Tilton, NH
WHEN: Monday, November 27, 2023 at 5 PM
WHO: The Celebration of Life is open to the public and news media. A private burial will follow for family only and will not be open to the public or news media.

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu directed that all flags on public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire be lowered to half-staff on Monday, November 27, 2023 from sunrise to sunset, in recognition of the funeral services for Department of Safety Security Officer Bradley Haas, who was shot and killed while working at New Hampshire Hospital on Friday, November 17.
“The heroism and public service of Bradley Haas undoubtedly saved numerous lives,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “For decades, Chief Haas went to work each day with the protection of the community as his driver. He died in the services of others – saving others. Valerie and I join with our fellow Granite Staters in remembering his heroism.”
