Notice of Public Hearing

The Department of Safety is hereby providing notice of the public hearing for the pending rulemaking action relative to the readoption with amendments of the Commercial Driver Licensing Rules, Saf-C 1800. The rulemaking impacts holders of commercial driver licenses, as well as individuals who wish to obtain a commercial driver license in New Hampshire. 
 
A public hearing has been scheduled on this matter for September 9, 2024 at 11 a.m. at the Division of Motor Vehicles Auditorium at 23 Hazen Drive in Concord, New Hampshire. Written comments will be accepted until the end of day on September 16, 2024. All written materials should be addressed, if sent by mail, to:
