October 13, 2021 Executive Council Meeting Cases

CONCORD, New Hampshire – The New Hampshire Department of Safety releases the following statement:

“After careful review of the facts and evidence available to State Police prosecutors, the New Hampshire Department of Safety has decided the remaining charges against six individuals accused of disrupting the October 13, 2021 Executive Council meeting will be nol prossed as the prosecution does not believe they could prove these cases beyond a reasonable doubt.”
